REAL SPECIAL SIPPERS

2 oz Berens Old Fashioned Brandy
Orange Wedge
Cherries
Sugar Cube
2-3 Dashes of Bitters
Sweet, Sour or Press Floater
Ice​
Garnish: Cherry, Orange, Olive

Drop your orange wedge in a glass. Add the sugar cube. Cherries. Bitters. And then ladies and gentleman, start your muddlers. After she’s good and muddled, add your brandy. Then some ice. Then your pop floater. I prefer sour Jolly Good myself. Don’t forget: an old fashioned without a garnish is like a rod without a reel. So put a cherry, orange slice and olive on a toothpick and drop ‘er in before your put it to your lips.
BERENS BRANDY OLD FASHIONED

2 oz Berens Old Fashioned Brandy
1 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 Lemon, Sliced
Handful of Fresh Blackberries
Mint sprig
Ice

Put your lemon, blackberries and mint in a glass and get your muddler goin’. Don’t be shy. When you’re finished, add simple syrup, brandy and pour it all into a shaker. Then shake it like you just peed off the back of the boat. Pour it into a glass with ice and you are there.
BLACKBERRY SMASH

2 oz Berens Old Fashioned Brandy
4 oz. Tomato Juice
1 oz Pickle Juice
1/2 Lemon
Two Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon of Horseradish
Two Dashes Hot Sauce
Skosh of Celery Salt
Ice​
Garnish: Celery, Cheese, Olives

Squeeze your lemon in the glass. Add all your other ingredients. Stir ‘er up. Add your ice. Put your garnish things on a toothpick and drop that sucker in. Breakfast of Midwest champions.

2 oz Berens Old Fashioned Brandy
1 oz Simple Syrup
Mint
Crushed Ice

Fill a glass up with crushed ice. Add the simple syrup. Add the brandy. Garnish with mint and giddy up.
BERENS BRANDY MINT JULEP


1 oz Berens Old Fashioned Brandy
4-6 oz Egg Nog
Cinnamon
Pour some brandy. Add some nog. Stir ‘er up. Do some cinnamon on top. You’re ready for the holidays.
BERENS BRANDY NOG

1.5 oz Berens Old Fashioned Brandy
3-4 scoops Ice Cream
1.5 oz Crème de Cacao
2 oz Heavy Cream
Garnish: Whipped Cream and Cherries
Combine ice cream, Berens Brandy, crème de cacao, and heavy cream. Blend it until smooth and top with whipped cream and cherries. Stick in a straw and watch out for brain freeze.

1 cup Hot Water
Squeeze of Honey
Lemon Juice

Start off with your hot water. Add the brandy. Hit it with some honey, straight from the bee’s bum. Then add some lemon juice and be careful not to get it in your eye. Give ‘er a stir and you’re all set for flu season.
WiSCONSIN HOT TODDY
4 parts Champagne
1 part Berens Old Fashioned Brandy
Splash of brandy. Skosh of bubbly. Mix ‘em together. Cue the music. That’s it, folks.
